Miroslav Šperka graduated from the Law Faculty (2006) and Faculty of Economics (2008) of Matej Bel University. He also graduated from the University of London (LL.M., 2008) with specialization in International Business Law.

Miroslav worked in our Czech Office from 2006. Prior to this, he worked for Ernst & Young Prague as Tax Consultant. He has been involved in tax advisory to major domestic and foreign companies in the field of energy and finance. In our Czech Office, he has been involved in legal advisory to well-known Czech companies in the area of metallurgy, engineering, commerce, IT and energy.

Miroslav provides the clients with advisory in M&A, trademarks, unfair competition, financial law, corporate law, law of contracts and IT law.

Miroslav works for Kadlubiec, Starzyk a partneri from 2008.
